What you get for $150,000* is two fully finished containers ready to go, just plug in, add water, move in. One that is already built, the Kitchen/Bath unit that can be modified slightly but is already completed and the second container is a living/bedroom that we will build out with your specifications. We can add options like exterior cladding, or a roofing assembly, and even prep it for full solar power if you want to go off-grid, but those are additional costs for design and building. We can help you realize your dreams.
The Kitchen & Bathroom
This half of the house is already completed and ready to roll, it is brand new and full of amazing details. It contains an industrial style kitchen with all stainless steel finishes and plenty of storage area. You can have all the capabilities of a world class kitchen that is easy to clean and extremely durable, in any environment. The bathroom offers a full sized shower, Paperstone counters and tiled flooring. There is only grey water with this unit, no blackwater to deal with! This bathroom uses an incinerator toilet and so you never have to deal with dumping a blackwater tank ever again. Every couple months just dump out some ash, that’s it.
We will paint the exterior to whatever color scheme you prefer. And will replace both the steel doors with glass paneled doors to add more natural light if you so desire at no extra cost.

We will build out the 20’ Container Living Room to satisfy your desires and needs.
You choose the flooring, wall finishes, outlet placements and types of windows & doors we will create a living space that works for you.
We will build out the living container for whatever layout works best for your needs.
Living Room Container Options:
• One main door (sliding glass door, accordion door, man door, etc)
• 2 Windows in 2 placements up to 8sq ft each
• Flooring and Baseboard Trim (various woods and types available upon consultation)
• Wall treatments (painted, wall papered, wainscotting, etc)
• Electrical and Ceiling lighting Included (placement to be designed upon consultation)
• Installation of Client Provided Furniture, we will install bookcase/closet and a Murphy bed or similar built-ins at no additional cost
• The build out will take approx 6weeks to complete once you say go!
* This price is for both living room and kitchen/bathroom containers but does not include delivery, setup, applicable sales tax, furniture, bikes, plants, bbq, decking, roof assembly, or exterior cladding. We can design and provide roofing and cladding options to meet your needs at additional cost.
And help facilitate transportation, installation, and decking options with partner companies.
